VSL saves the day …. Twice!

Dundee based Vision Sound and Light (VSL) have certainly shown their value on Tayside over the last two weeks, by coming to the rescue at two local high profile events.

VSL received a call from Dundee College last week hoping we could recommend where a giant 14 feet by 12 feet projection screen could be sourced for the Awards ceremony due to take place the following day in the Caird hall.

The college was let down by a Glasgow firm who could not supply and VSL jumped into action by getting a screen to the venue with hours to spare. The event thereafter went without a hitch and was a great success.

VSL have also stepped in to assist breakfast aficionados, Bacon Eggs & Entrepreneurs, in preparing for their record breaking ‘Speed Networking’ event in the Dundee Ice Arena tomorrow (Friday)

Gary Langlands, Managing Director of Vision Sound and Light commented, “We were happy to get involved and help out such fantastic local events. Due to our network of contacts, we can usually get our hands on most audio visual, presentation or broadcast equipment whether our clients want to hire or to buy. The Speed Networking event is designed to boost business amongst the SME’s attending and VSL have sponsored the delegate bags, when the original sponsor dropped out. Everyone will receive the bag on the day to hold their literature and to keep valuable contact details safe. We specialise in providing high quality presentation equipment for events such as these and we are delighted to be involved.”

The speed network event should attract more than 300 delegates from across the UK .

Tricia Fox, Managing Director of Bacon Eggs & Entrepreneurs, commented, “We are very glad to have Gary and his team on board in preparation for this event which is set to be the biggest of its kind in the world! We have people signed up to travel from Ireland , the south of England and the North of Scotland. The response has been truly amazing.”

Members of Scotland ’s thriving small business community are very welcome to come along and join in the fun and can register to attend the Big Scottish Breakfast at their dedicated website http://www.bigscottishbreakfast.co.uk/
